Planning Submission 9/11/2010

Met with the group today to finalise our planning document and casting notes. They are looking good for it now. We are going to print them off on Thursday or Friday. Phil Kay has agreed to play our main character. He has a gig in Dundee on the 18th of February so I am going to book studio time for then.

Casting 02/11/2010

I have been thinking a bit about casting. I know a few people so I have started asking around. So far Heather Ripley and Giles Aston have said yes and I am going to ask Phil Kay

Progress meeting 25/10/2010

Met with the group to discuss what we need to do next and how we were going to go about our planning task.

We thought about some ideas for sound effects and a bit about the script.

The meeting was fairly productive, things seem to be looking good

04/10/2010 Task 1

Today I meet with the rest of the team to see what we all have. I am hoping I can get a few more ideas for the rest of my review. We had a quick meeting on Thursday just to get a bit of a plan together. We allocated specific days to individual members of the team to breakdown in the Radio 7 schedule. Every day since then I have been chipping away at the task. I had the stats for narrative and non narrative shows by Saturday then I began the review.

I expect to have this task finished my dinner time today.

28/09/2010 Task 1

I have had a look over BBC radio 4 and BBC Radio 7. I think 7 will be better to work with because there is a wider selection of drama content available. I have emailed the rest of the group to find out if they agree and I am awaiting their response. Hopefully we will also get a meeting setup.
